Having graduated from Cambridge University I joined the Guinness Group Graduate Scheme, enjoying several roles including Recruitment, HR and Organisation Development. From there I moved to Anheuser-Busch European Trade (Budweiser & Michelob) and established their training and development programme, latterly taking the role of HR Director. I then embarked on my next challenge - setting up my own consultancy which has been successfully running for over 10 years.

I bring a breadth of different industry and organisation experience to my assignments. I have a number of clients with whom I've been working for many years - I prefer to develop long term working relationships with my clients, as in this way I can be more knowledgeable and valuable and the work we do together more productive. I also work on shorter term projects where I can quickly establish credibility and deliver specific outcomes. If an assignment requires it, I have a small group of trusted associates who work alongside me.

I am a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, and a trained facilitator with Stephen Covey and Zenger Miller. I am qualified to administer and interpret Strength Deployment Inventory and have access to Myers Briggs profiling and 360 degree feedback systems.

One of my other passions is sport. Having played competitive hockey for many years I now enjoy playing tennis. I find there are many similarities between the sporting and business arenas and find it helpful to apply many of these learnings to my work assignments.

Profiles of associates are available when required.
